1. Entry & Ticketing

  • A valid ticket confirmation (email) must be presented at the venue for entry.
  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket.
  • Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Board To Death reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee where necessary to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all participants.

2. Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
  • In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date or any alternative arrangement communicated by the organisers.

3. Timing

  • Event timings, including opening and closing hours, will be communicated on the event page, ticket confirmation, or official Board To Death channels.
  • Timings are subject to change at the organisers’ discretion. Any significant updates will be communicated to registered attendees where reasonably possible.
  • Late arrivals are welcome; however, game sessions or activities may already be in progress.

4. Conduct & Community Guidelines

Board To Death is a respectful, inclusive, and community-driven event.

  • Friendly competition is encouraged; unsportsmanlike behaviour is not.
  • Harassment, inappropriate conduct, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
  • Guests are encouraged to socialise, include others, and help foster a welcoming environment for everyone.

    5. Food & Beverage

    • Complimentary refreshments or snack coupons may be provided for certain events or ticket categories, as specified in the event details.
    • Availability and inclusions may vary by event.
    • Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless expressly permitted by the organisers or venue.

    6. Photography & Media

    • Photos and short videos may be captured during the event for promotional and community purposes.
    • We aim to respect everyone’s comfort and privacy. If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please let a Board To Death moderator or organiser know while checking in at the venue, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
    • Attendees are welcome to tag Board To Death on social media posts and share their experience.

    7. Liability

    • Board To Death and the venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
    • Attendees participate in the event at their own discretion and are expected to exercise reasonable care while participating in games and activities.
