1. Entry & Ticketing

  • Valid ticket confirmation (email) must be presented at entry.
  • Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
  • Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry if deemed necessary.

2. Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
  • In case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

3. Timing

  • Doors open at 6:30 PM (unless otherwise stated).
  • The event will run until approximately 9:30 PM (unless otherwise stated) – Guests are welcome to stay until the venue’s Last Orders/Closing.
  • Late arrivals will still be accommodated but game rotations may already be in progress.

4. Conduct & Community Guidelines

Board to Death is a respectful, inclusive, and community-driven event

  • Friendly competition is encouraged — unsportsmanlike behaviour is not.
  • Harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or disruption will result in removal without refund.
  • Guests are encouraged to socialise and engage respectfully with others.

5. Food & Beverage

  • Each ticket includes certain refreshments unless specified.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

6. Photography & Media

  • Photos and short videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
  • By attending, guests consent to being featured in event content.
  • Attendees are requested to tag the socials of Board to Death Events on posts.

7. Liability

  • The organiser and venue are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Guests attend at their own discretion.
